2. What if my ship docks late?
Common — port congestion in summer. Just WhatsApp us the new arrival time, we shift pickup by the same delta. We've never charged a cancellation fee for ship delays.
3. What's the all-aboard buffer?
We aim to drop you back 90 minutes before published all-aboard. So if your ship sails at 17:00, you're at the gangway by 15:30. Most cruise apps say "be back 30 min before" — our 90 min is for unexpected port congestion or traffic.
4. How do I pay?
EUR cash to the driver on the day. We don't take prepayment, deposit, credit card, or ship room card. Just cash, exact change appreciated but we make change up to €100.
No tipping required. If you loved the day, drivers accept tips but never expect them.
5. Can I cancel?
Yes. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour. Just WhatsApp us. Refund is automatic (you didn't prepay anything).
If your ship cancels Kuşadası entirely (rare — weather, mechanical), let us know and we'll re-book to another port day if you're on a sister ship.
