About Emerald Azzurra
Emerald Azzurra was the first ocean-going yacht of Emerald Cruises. Built at Ha Long Shipyard in Vietnam, she welcomed her first guests in March 2022 on a Red Sea voyage. She has just 50 staterooms and suites for up to 100 guests, plus an infinity pool and a marina platform with water toys. Guests who enjoy that hands-on side of yacht life may like a Kuşadası morning in the saddle or behind a handlebar on the trails above Pamucak.

How does pickup at Kuşadası Cruise Port work?
Once you walk off your ship and out through the port exit, walk about 50 m to the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), where our driver waits with a sign with your name: 10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour. From there we drive straight to the tour start — about 15 minutes from the port.
Will I be back on board Emerald Azzurra in time?
Yes. We only offer a tour on days when you are back at the port at least 60 minutes before Emerald Azzurra departs. The table on this page shows for each call which tour fits.
What if Emerald Cruises delays my port call?
If Emerald Cruises arrives late or leaves early, we rebook your slot or shorten the route at no extra cost. We've handled this many times — our drivers know how to compress an itinerary while keeping the best stops.
Free cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours we hold the slot and try to rebook for another day. No-shows are charged in full.
Cash or card on the day?
Currently only cash payment on the tour day is accepted (EUR / USD / TL — to your driver). Your booking confirmation and pickup time come on WhatsApp.
