About Ilma
Ilma is a superyacht from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, built at Chantiers de l'Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire and the first in the fleet to run on LNG. She carries up to 448 guests in 224 suites, each with its own terrace. At anchor, her Marina Terrace lowers a platform straight to the water, so swimming from the yacht is part of life on board. In Kuşadası the swim can wait for Pamucak: our riders head through the pines first and finish at the beach.

How does pickup at Kuşadası Cruise Port work?
Once you walk off your ship and out through the port exit, walk about 50 m to the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), where our driver waits with a sign with your name: 10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour. From there we drive straight to the tour start — about 15 minutes from the port.
Will I be back on board Ilma in time?
Yes. We only offer a tour on days when you are back at the port at least 60 minutes before Ilma departs. The table on this page shows for each call which tour fits.
What if The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection delays my port call?
If The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection arrives late or leaves early, we rebook your slot or shorten the route at no extra cost. We've handled this many times — our drivers know how to compress an itinerary while keeping the best stops.
Free cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours we hold the slot and try to rebook for another day. No-shows are charged in full.
Cash or card on the day?
Currently only cash payment on the tour day is accepted (EUR / USD / TL — to your driver). Your booking confirmation and pickup time come on WhatsApp.
