About MSC Splendida
MSC Splendida is a Fantasia-class ship from MSC Cruises, in service since 2009 and built for roughly 3,900 passengers. That is a lot of people stepping ashore on the same morning, often a mix of languages and age groups. For a crowd like that, a shore day in Kuşadası works best when it is easy to follow and fun for different ages, with time in the open air and a break by the sea.

Frequently asked — MSC Splendida passengers
How does pickup at Kuşadası Cruise Port work?
Once you walk off your ship and out through the port exit, walk about 50 m to the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), where our driver waits with a sign with your name: 10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour. From there we drive straight to the tour start — about 15 minutes from the port.
Will I be back on board MSC Splendida in time?
Yes. We only offer a tour on days when you are back at the port at least 60 minutes before MSC Splendida departs. The table on this page shows for each call which tour fits.
What if MSC Cruises delays my port call?
If MSC Cruises arrives late or leaves early, we rebook your slot or shorten the route at no extra cost. We've handled this many times — our drivers know how to compress an itinerary while keeping the best stops.
Free cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours we hold the slot and try to rebook for another day. No-shows are charged in full.
