About Scarlet Lady
Scarlet Lady was the first ship built for Virgin Voyages. Fincantieri delivered her in February 2020, but the pandemic held back her maiden voyage until October 2021. She carries about 2,770 passengers, and like every Virgin ship she is adults-only, with all guests aged 18 or over. Her name comes from one of Virgin Atlantic's early aircraft. If your group of friends wants a bit of dust and fresh air in Kuşadası, a quad, buggy or horse ride on the pine-forest trails near Pamucak beach ends with a sea break.

How does pickup at Kuşadası Cruise Port work?
Once you walk off your ship and out through the port exit, walk about 50 m to the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), where our driver waits with a sign with your name: 10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour. From there we drive straight to the tour start — about 15 minutes from the port.
Will I be back on board Scarlet Lady in time?
Yes. We only offer a tour on days when you are back at the port at least 60 minutes before Scarlet Lady departs. The table on this page shows for each call which tour fits.
What if Virgin Voyages delays my port call?
If Virgin Voyages arrives late or leaves early, we rebook your slot or shorten the route at no extra cost. We've handled this many times — our drivers know how to compress an itinerary while keeping the best stops.

Full refund up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours we hold the slot and try to rebook for another day. No-shows are charged in full.
