Britannia is a Royal-class ship of P&O Cruises with room for about 3,600 guests, easy to recognise by the 94-metre Union Flag painted across her bow. How does pickup at Kuşadası Cruise Port work?
Once you walk off your ship and out through the port exit, walk about 50 m to the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), where our driver waits with a sign with your name: 10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour. From there we drive straight to the tour start — about 15 minutes from the port.
Will I be back on board Britannia in time?
Yes. We only offer a tour on days when you are back at the port at least 60 minutes before Britannia departs. The table on this page shows for each call which tour fits.
What if P&O Cruises delays my port call?
If P&O Cruises arrives late or leaves early, we rebook your slot or shorten the route at no extra cost. We've handled this many times — our drivers know how to compress an itinerary while keeping the best stops.

Full refund up to 24 hours before your tour. Inside 24 hours we hold the slot and try to rebook for another day. No-shows are charged in full.
Cash or card on the day?
Currently only cash payment on the tour day is accepted (EUR / USD / TL — to your driver). Your booking confirmation and pickup time come on WhatsApp.
