About Norwegian Gem
Norwegian Gem is the last of Norwegian Cruise Line's four Jewel-class ships, built by Meyer Werft in Germany and carrying about 2,400 guests. Like the rest of the line, she is designed around freestyle cruising, with no fixed dining times. The same spirit works ashore in Kuşadası: some guests skip the classic tour and take a quad bike along dirt tracks in the pine forest near Pamucak beach, stopping by the sea on the way.

How does pickup at Kuşadası Cruise Port work?
Once you walk off your ship and out through the port exit, walk about 50 m to the Kervansaray meeting point (The Big Ottoman Palace), where our driver waits with a sign with your name: 10:10 for the 11:00 tour, 15:10 for the 16:00 tour. From there we drive straight to the tour start — about 15 minutes from the port.
Will I be back on board Norwegian Gem in time?
Yes. We only offer a tour on days when you are back at the port at least 60 minutes before Norwegian Gem departs. The table on this page shows for each call which tour fits.
What if Norwegian Cruise Line delays my port call?
If Norwegian Cruise Line arrives late or leaves early, we rebook your slot or shorten the route at no extra cost. We've handled this many times — our drivers know how to compress an itinerary while keeping the best stops.
